When I first moved to Newcastle and began building my practice, we were fortunate to have the opportunity to work alongside another respected plastic surgeon, Dr Kirsten Miteff, at Aspire Plastic Surgery. It was a wonderful place to establish our team, and I remain genuinely grateful for the support and generosity shown to us during those early years.
As our practice grew, it became clear that we needed a space of our own.
Many of our patients will remember our clinic at Suite 25, 235 Darby Street, where we spent several years caring for patients and continuing to build the practice. It was a welcoming little clinic, perfectly located (and perhaps just a little too close to Harris Farms Coffee & Gourmet Groceries!), and it served us incredibly well. More importantly, it was where so many lasting relationships with our patients began.
Over time, however, we realised the space could no longer support the experience we wanted to provide. Rather than simply moving into another existing clinic, we decided to create something from the ground up.
After many months of planning, designing and building, we opened the doors to our new home at Level 3, 199 Corlette Street, The Junction in October 2025.
Every aspect of the clinic has been carefully considered. From the layout and patient flow to the finishes, lighting and consultation spaces, our goal was to create an environment that feels calm, private and welcoming. We wanted a clinic that reflects the thoughtful, personalised care we strive to provide every day.
Practical details mattered just as much. Comfortable consultation rooms, discreet patient access, dedicated treatment areas and improved facilities all help us deliver a better experience for our patients. Natural light throughout the clinic and welcoming staff spaces have also created a workplace that our team genuinely enjoys coming to each day.
Although we've been settled into our new home for some time now, the launch of our new website felt like the perfect opportunity to properly welcome both new and returning patients.
We are incredibly proud of what we've created here and look forward to welcoming you to our clinic at Level 3, 199 Corlette Street, The Junction.

Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in Australian women, with more than 20,000 women receiving a diagnosis each year.

One of the questions we've been asked repeatedly over the years is, "Where can nurses learn more about plastic and reconstructive surgery?"
