Elissa

Patient Liaison & Paramedical Tattoo Specialist
Learn More

Elissa is often the first point of contact for patients — the friendly voice on the phone, the welcoming face at reception, and a consistent support throughout your time with our clinic. Elissa is always happy to help — whether that’s explaining what comes next in your care or discussing great food (fine dining topics welcome, though she’ll never turn down a KFC nugget).

In addition to her administrative role, Elissa is our dedicated Paramedical Tattoo Specialist, providing nipple–areola tattooing for women after breast cancer surgery and scar camouflage following surgical treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Infection Control (HLTINF005 – Maintain Infection Prevention for Skin Penetration Treatments), Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS)
  • Paramedical and Scar Camouflage Tattooing, Australian Cosmetic Tattoo College

Known for her meticulous attention to detail — evident in both her paramedical work and her always-impeccable makeup — Elissa brings the same precision to colour, shading, and symmetry in every procedure.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys travelling, good food, a few well-chosen crystals to stay grounded, and being enthusiastically escorted on walks by her very large dog (who she will take the leftovers for).

Piper

Cosmetic & Reconstructive Nurse
Learn More

Piper is a familiar and trusted face for patients, both in our clinic and in the operating theatre as part of Dr Raymond’s experienced team at Hunter Valley Private. Her continuity of care is unmatched, making her a reassuring presence throughout your experience — although no one ever recognises her in hospital scrubs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Nursing, University of Newcastle
  • Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing

Piper brings calm expertise and a friendly manner, helping make complex procedures feel manageable, and she’s just as likely to turn up with homemade goodies to keep the team going.

Outside of work, Piper has run three marathons, including the New York Marathon. When she’s not clocking up the miles, you’ll likely find her baking treats for people she loves or enjoying a nice dinner out with her girlfriends.

Sandy

Cosmetic & Reconstructive Clinical Nurse Specialist
Learn More

Sandy is one of our Cosmetic & Reconstructive Clinical Nurse Specialists, bringing over 10 years of perioperative nursing experience into our clinic. She loves meeting patients and helping them feel confident and informed throughout their surgical journey.

Energetic and impossible to miss, Sandy’s signature perfume often lets you know she’s arrived. She’s detail-obsessed — self-proclaimed OCD — and brings the same precision to patient care as she does to cleaning her house every day.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Nursing, University of Newcastle
  • Currently studying a Master of Nursing, University of Newcastle
  • Alma Hybrid Laser Training, expert-level certification in advanced laser treatments

Outside the clinic, Sandy is a wife to her very tall husband and mum to two busy boys. Her weekends are filled with laundry, kids’ sport, and family time. When she does find a moment for herself, Sandy likes to prioritise the bounciest blowdry and perfectly shaped eyebrows — an indulgence that reflects the same care and attention she brings to her work.

Kahlee

Clinical Director | Cosmetic & Reconstructive Nurse Specialist
Learn More

Kahlee brings over 10 years’ experience of Surgical, Oncology, and Cosmetic Nursing to her role as Clinical Director. She has helped build the clinic from the start and now keeps it humming along —  she is proof you can take your work seriously without taking yourself too seriously.

With her quick wit and genuine curiosity, Kahlee has a way of making even a first visit feel comfortable and personal. She’s just as likely to ask about your weekend as your wellbeing, turning what can be an overwhelming experience into one that feels manageable and personal.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Nursing (Honours), RN, CNS
  • Graduate Diploma in Oncology Nursing, University of Tasmania
  • Alma Hybrid Laser Training, expert-level certification in advanced laser treatments

Outside the clinic, Kahlee is a busy mum to two boys, and weekends are spent barefoot whenever she can get away with it — at the beach, on quick weekends away, or chasing adventures outdoors in the bush. She loves good food and wine — just don’t ask her to cook, and probably let someone else choose the wine too.
